These are some pics of me making some homemade pasta sauce. There is tons of goodness in that big ol' pot. Most or all ingredients are from my little backyard garden. I have lots of tomatoes, eggplant,zucchini, and garlic in there...ymmmm...ymmm....goood!!!!! I think that I have about 15 jars of sauce downstairs that I canned. They are just waiting to be made into yummy scrummy hot dishes. I made some super insane hot sauce yesterday out of the habaneros from my garden. My hubby said that it is smoky fiery hot sauce....well all the more for him, cause I am a wimp when it comes to that kinda stuff.
