Up to my Eyeballs in Fudge

I make yummy scrummy fudge each year at Christmas time and sell it at two local business and at friends and families workplaces. This is my third year selling the fudge and I usually sell about 200-300lbs. Word of mouth about the fudge has gotten around and I have a lot of orders. I give a portion of the proceeds to charity each year. The fudge that I have left over I donate to the local food pantry. This year I am donating 15% to the "Pot Belly Pig Fund". I established this fund for "River" the senior pot belly pig housed and cared for at the Jefferson County Humane Society. The cost of River's food and medical attention is high, hopefully I can help to defray those costs a tiny bit. I have raised over $75 in the last two weeks. I plan on using the money to purchase the food that he needs. He eats a lot, after all, he is a pig!!!!! The photo above is of the orders that I received yesterday. Right now I am still deciding if I am going to put the fudge for sale in my etsy shop. I don't know if I will be able to keep up with the demand, so I am still thinking about it. I do have a charity section in my shop where you can purchase items to help various animal groups take a LOOK. Happy Holidays!!!!
